  • Can you detail my car at my home, office or apartment?
    Yes we can! All we need is an access to electricity and water. We carry extension cord for it as long as the access is 100 feet for power.
  • How long does the detailing usually take?
    Each detailing takes a different amount of time depending on the size and condition of the vehicle such as dirt, stain, etc. On the average, it will take 1-2 hours for an Exterior detail job. 2-3 hours for an Interior detail job, and it takes 4-5 hours for a Full detail job.
  • Is there A Rescheduling Fee?
    We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Cancelations made within 48 hours booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.
  • Is Tipping Normal? If so, how much?
    Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage for it, any amount will be appreciated by your car care specialist.
  • What if I'm not Satisfied with my detail?
    We always guarantee a 100% satisfaction with our services. If you are not happy and contented with what we have provided, feel free to call us immediately for your comments about our services. Rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of the initial appointment.
  • Are Your Prices Negotiable?
    No, because our rates will be calculated by the information you will provide on our booking page. And we always guarantee that you will get what you paid for, meaning we give the best value for the price in the industry
  • What Form Of Payment Do You Accept?
    We accept cash and all major credit & debit holders.
